With multiple distances to choose from - the Half Marathon, 5-Miler, and Kids Half Marathon - you're sure to find a race that's right for every fitness level! Thousands of tri-state runners and walkers have participated in these races and look forward to it each year.

2025 HALF MARATHON
Saturday - October 4, 2025 - RACE STARTS @ 7:00am
- The Half Marathon will be 13.1 miles to promote health and well-being and create a true sense of community. The scenic route overlooks the Ohio River, utilizes the Greenway, historic Bosse Field, and Garvin and Bayard Parks.
- Evansville Half Marathon Expo is from 10 am - 7 pm on October 3, 2025 at the Ascension St Vincent YMCA at 516 Court Street. No race day packet pick up will be available.
2025 THE 5 MILER
Saturday - October 4, 2025 - RACE STARTS @ 7:15am
- The 5 Miler is an exciting addition to allow the whole family to get involved on race day. It’s the perfect distance to challenge yourself and try something new.
- 5 Miler participants will line up after the Evansville Half Marathon participants have started. Start time for 5 Miler participants will be at 7:15 am. 5 Miler participants will run the first 5 miles of the Half Marathon course and will finish along the Riverfront. Family, friends, and participants of the 5 Miler are welcome to stay and cheer on Half Marathon finishers.

2025 KIDS HALF MARATHON
Saturday - September 20, 2025
- Participants, aged kindergarten to 8th grade, are asked to complete 12 miles of running or walking PRIOR to race day. Kids will track their mileage on the mileage log. On race day, kids receive a Kids Half Marathon race medal, goody bag and t-shirt. Times will not be recorded.
